TERMS OF SERVICE

➥ General & Payment:
^{➢ All prices shown are in USD
➢ I am allowed to refuse your commission request
➢ I currently only accept Venmo & PayPal, all commissions will be paid through the invoice feature after confirming your commission details
➢ Full payment is required before I begin working on the commission.
➢ As a reminder, you are purchasing digital goods, thus no physical items will be shipped, however if you would like the artwork to be turned into a print, sticker, keychain, ect. Please consult with me when commissioning me
➢ The finished artwork will be sent via email in a .png file unless otherwise specified, no files with layers will be sent.

^{➢ All commissions are for personal use only.
➢ They are NOT to be used for any monetary purposes unless discussed and commercial rights purchased, NFTs & AIs included
➢ Do not edit the artwork of a commission
➢ I may upload the artwork or use as examples unless otherwise requested
➢ Finished pieces can be posted anywhere with watermark & credited to @ghoulpixels on any of my platforms}➥ Timeframe:
^{➢ I aim for commissions to be completed within 1-2 months from payment date!
➢ If there is any issue, the commissioner will be informed and the time frame will be discussed.
➢ If there is a deadline, I will try to work around it, but a rush fee may be needed with close deadlines}➥ Refunds:
^{➢ If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund
➢ If I have not started the commission yet, you may request a full refund
➢ A refund cannot take place after the sketch has been approved}➥ Process & Revisions:
^{➢ You may ask for a specific canvas size for the commission to be done on, otherwise I will use whatever size I see fit, my default being a 4:6 ratio w/ 300 dpi
➢ You will be sent the sketch when it is completed, you may ask for revisions and changes in this stage regarding pose, composition, ect.
➢ You will also be sent the flat colour when it is completed, you may ask for revisions and changes in this stage regarding colour.
➢ You will be given a chance to view the final piece and make minor revisions before being sent to you.}
